  • Responsibilities:
    • Supervise journeymen and apprentices on-site.

    • Read and interpret blueprints, one-lines, and specifications.
    • Verify quality of installations and ensure code compliance.
    • Communicate with project managers, GCs, and inspectors.
    • Track manpower, hours, and progress reports.
    • Enforce safety and company policies.
  • Qualifications:
    • Valid state journeyman license.
    • 5+ years commercial/industrial experience.
    • Strong leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to plan ahead and problem-solve under pressure.
